Registration Code Input Fails
Ensure that you put the name (if requested), email address, and registration code in exactly as confirmed in the Bizpep software purchase advice email and requested by the prompts. Do not include any leading or following characters i.e. spaces, tabs etc. You may wish to copy and paste from your email. From experience not inputting the code exactly as provided is the major cause of registration problems. It may also be worth downloading the software again to eliminate the possibility that your original download has been corrupted in some way. Registration details apply to current software versions. You can download using the links in your Bizpep software purchase advice email and register using the provided details. If you continue to experience registration difficulty Contact Us with your purchase order number and we will provide you with pre-registered software.
Registration Code Not Received
Registration Codes for standard software orders are automatically generated and emailed. Delivery of registration details is in the transaction confirmation email. If your code is not received check the following:
- Did your transaction succeed? If so you should have received a confirmation email, included in this are your registration details. If the transaction failed you will be notified by the transaction processor. No Registration Code can be sent until transaction has been confirmed.
- All transactions are manually reviewed daily. If your Registration Code has not been automatically generated and sent it will be identified on manual review and you will receive Registration details within 24 hours. If required you can Contact Us, please include your purchase order number.
- Are your emails being delivered/filtered? Some email servers (AOL in particular) tend to block the delivery of emails from other servers when they experience heavy usage. Others filter the emails they deliver. If you have received no response to your enquiry/purchase within 24 hours it is likely we have responded but our response has not been delivered by your server. Due to this increasing unreliability of email we also publish general responses on our Current Information page. If possible you can also Contact Us with an alternative email address.

Requirements to use Software
To use our Excel based software you require Microsoft Excel installed on your computer. Software is written with Excel 2000/2002 but most software features should run on Excel versions from 97 on. If you access the software as a compressed (zip) file it will require unzipping for use. Trial Zip software is available free from Winzip.
Generally Excel on Macs does not support all macro functions so some functionality may be missing. Depending on the software title this may or may not be an issue.
All software is available free for evaluation so the best option if in doubt is to is download it and give it a test.
Cells Protected
Input cells (blue) are not protected and these are the only cells you need access to. In some software titles all other cells and Visual Basic code are protected to ensure integrity and protect source code.
Software Use
Software is provided as shareware with a 7 day trial period. This allows you to test prior to purchase. If the software meets your requirements payment is required. Payment allows you to maintain software beyond 7 days.
Macros, what are they and why must I enable them
Macros are programs embedded in the Excel spreadsheet to provide software functionality. They must be enabled or the software will not function.
Macro Security Warning
All Bizpep software is digitally signed by bizpeponline.com. If this signature is missing the software may have been tampered with. Depending on the security settings on your computer you may be presented with a message advising that the software contains macros with a prompt to Disable or Enable Macros. Macros must be Enabled for software to function. You can select "Always trust macros from this source" to allow bizpeponline.com software to run without the security message.
Macro Security Level Adjustment
To adjust macro security levels from Excel go Tools, Macro, Security, Security Level. It is recommended that you select Security Level as Medium. When you open software with macros and Security Level is set as Medium you are presented with a message advising that the software contains macros with a prompt to Disable or Enable Macros.
Version Numbers
The software version number is the last 2 characters in the body of the file name, ignore any decimal places i.e. version 2.0 is the same as version 20.
Software Modifications
Shareware software is provided in standard formats. If it does not fully encompass all your requirements we offer a Software and Model Design service to provide software specifically matched to your business. For details visit our Software and Model Design page.

Protected with an Encryption Method not available in France Message
This problem is due to a bug in the Microsoft Regional Settings software. It may also appear in the Dutch version. To by pass it you need to change your regional setting to English United States or anything other than France. To do this:
- On the Windows Start menu, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click the Regional Settings icon.
- On the Regional Settings tab, select English United States.
