Q: When I Update PL for FEB it appears that it places it in December and does not list headings?

A: The date is sourced from cell E8 in the PL file (this is the standard location when exported). Your file uses column B, the simple fix is to simply add the date to column E. I have done this in the attached and it imports correctly. I am not sure what headings you are referring to as it all seems to be correct on Update.
